How do I know how much to load?

Click “price list” on the gift card page in your Jane account to view the cost of services.

The value never expires.

Can gift certificates be used for either massage or acupuncture?

Yes. The amount of the certificate is good for either acupuncture or massage services.

Can I use my benefits to purchase a gift certificate?

No. Your benefits plan can only be direct-billed for your personal treatments on the day they occur.

Is there a physical certificate that I can gift?

We don’t have printed cards or certificates, however we are happy to send you a PDF gift certificate that you can print yourself to add to your card/gift.

Can I purchase a certificate without a Jane account?
